Crafting identity, atmosphere, and legacy through music.
How The Label Started...
Tunes Music launches with a legacy most new labels can only dream of. Its founder, Mark Eden, spent 15 years as a songwriter, Polydor signed artist, and producer before a pivotal 1984 collaboration changed everything. A Carlin Publishing–initiated studio session paired Eden with rising artist John Parr, leading directly to Parr’s signing with Atlantic Records.
The resulting debut single, “Naughty Naughty,” broke into the US Top 30, and in 1985 Parr hit the road opening for Toto, Heart, and Bryan Adams. Eden was recruited as Parr’s personal engineer for these major league tours, working arenas across America.
That same year, Parr co wrote the Grammy nominated “St. Elmo’s Fire (Man in Motion)” with David Foster — a track that hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The success earned Parr an invitation from Tina Turner to open the North American leg of her Private Dancer tour, performing to 25–30,000 seat stadiums with Eden once again behind the console.
Where Its Going...
Today, Tunes Music carries that rock solid pedigree forward. Its flagship release, AOR AURA’s “Love Will Conquer All,” channels the same craftsmanship, melodic power, and emotional storytelling that defined Eden’s early career — now reimagined for a new generation of listeners.
Tunes Music: built on real history, driven by authentic artistry, and ready for the playlists that champion timeless songwriting.
